Question 1

How does campaign hashtag tracking work on X?

Accepted Answer

You define the campaign hashtag, active window, and qualifying rules. GoldPaw monitors public X posts that match the campaign, checks each submission against those rules, and keeps the qualifying post signal in one campaign record. Duplicate submissions, repeated copies, and obvious noise are filtered so the leaderboard reflects real contributions instead of volume alone.

Question 2

How do qualifying posts get broadcast into Discord?

Accepted Answer

Connect the branded Discord channel you want to use for the campaign, then choose the broadcast destination during setup. When a post passes the campaign rules, GoldPaw sends it into that channel with the campaign context and contributor details your moderators need, giving the community a live, branded stream of the activity that counts.

Question 3

How are contribution scores and leaderboard rankings calculated?

Accepted Answer

GoldPaw applies the scoring rules configured for the campaign to each accepted post, then adds those contribution scores for each participant. The leaderboard ranks participants by their total qualifying contribution, and each result can be traced back to the posts and rules that produced it. That makes the final ranking easier to explain to members, moderators, and partners.

Question 4

What does each plan include?

Accepted Answer

Starter is $39 per month or $390 per year and includes 1 community workspace, 5 active rally playbooks, a monthly community pulse report, and Discord and Telegram launch checklists. Pro is $129 per month or $1,290 per year and includes 3 community workspaces, unlimited rally playbooks, weekly member health and activation reports, partner campaign handoffs, and priority support. Enterprise is custom-priced for protocols, studios, and networks that need unlimited workspaces, custom rally and moderator workflows, executive-ready ecosystem reporting, and dedicated community strategy support.

Question 5

What is the fastest way to launch a first campaign?

Accepted Answer

Start by choosing the campaign goal and the hashtag participants will use on X. Set the active window, define what counts as a qualifying post, and choose the contribution scoring rules. Connect the branded Discord channel for approved broadcasts, invite your community, and launch. As posts arrive, GoldPaw filters the signal, updates the explainable leaderboard, and gives your team a clean record to review when the campaign closes.
